  • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, please contact us via email at moonlab42@gmail.com.

    We are happy to issue an exchange or store credit for any unused item that is returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase.

    All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) is the customer’s responsibility.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.

    If you are shipping an item back to us please contact us prior to sending

    You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit refund.

    If a store credit refund is approved, a gift certificate will be issued to your email address. The gift certificate can be used for online or in-store purchases.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

  • We typically ship orders within a week of receiving them. Please keep in mind, that this store is operated by two people with day jobs who are doing their best to get your orders to you as soon as we can!

  • We offer USPS Ground Advantage by default. Under special circumstances, we can work with you on express shipping options. Please get in touch with us to coordinate.

  • We provide USPS tracking information once the item is dropped off at the post office.

  • Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the boundaries of the US.

  • Please shoot us an email with examples of your work at moonlab42@gmail.com. Include the description of your work and whether or not you have any experience selling your objects. We will review the submission and let you know if we think it is the right fit for our store.

  • Unlike many shops, we take pride in building relationships with our artists and creating a community. This is our primary term.

    In return, we want to ensure that our artists are well taken care of, so they get to keep the larger slice of our sales. our artists. This is a consignment-based setup where we keep a 30% commission fee to help us cover the expenses.

    We do not offer wholesale purchases.
