Our Story
Welcome to MoonLab 42, a satellite of a family-owned concept store 42 from Tbilisi, Georgia. We are a Georgian-American couple living in Harlem, NYC and we collect things we like, things we make, and things made by our friends in Georgia and the USA.
MoonLab 42 started as a pandemic project on Halloween 2020. We gathered art and design objects made by our friends and family who were unable to exhibit their works on art fairs and shows, and started off as a weekly pop-up at a local coffee shop Lucille’s in Harlem, NYC. Now we occupy a tiny storefront tucked between two buildings on West 145th Street.
